To change the menu language under CCleaner:

v  Open the program

v  Click on Options (small blue gear icon-in the left colum)

v  Select the "Settings tab"

v  Next to "Language" pull the drop-down menu and choose the language of your choice.

v  The transition is made seamlessly, there's no need to restart the program
