First of all you can move the arrow (mouse) to start option,

When registry editor open it, then go to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHNE/

Clicking the SOFTWARE/ open it

Then move the Microsoft/ and open it up,

Then find the Windows NT/ and click

After that CurrentVersion/ open it up,

Then go to the“Image File Execution Opetion” and open it up.

Now look “ccleaner64.exe” folder this is the main problem of the why ccleaner are not running. After that  right click in this folder and Delete the folder.
